Simply scan the barcode on an octavo, orchestration or similar item with your barcode scanner (not included) and Church Musician will enter the basic info for that item into the library you specify: Title, Composer, Publisher, Catalog Number, Price, etc. Many more publishers and products in expanded UPC database for scanning barcodes.
